India lost there's two openers in 10 Overs Smriti mandhana, DR Raut for 38/2 . But captain mithali Raj and DB Sharma came to play and make good partnership of 118 runs for india.
Then sharma got out for 78 and captain mithali Raj for 53 runs. Srilankan captain put pressure on India by taking 2 wickets in a row mithali Raj and j gosawami.
After that V Krishnamurthy and H kaur both scored 49 run Partnership. India managed to score 232/8 runs in 50 overs. But once I thought India will score 300 runs but. Srilankan bowlers did good job in depth overs to restrict India in 232/8 runs.
Srilankan bowling:
SS. Wernakkody got 3 wickets,captain Ranaweera 2 Wicket and kanchana 1 wickets which helps srilanka to restrict India in 232/8 runs. First time srilankan bowling takes more than 5 Wickets in this world cup 2017.
Srilanka batting:
India gave target 233 runs to win for srilanka MDN hansika and m perera starts pretty good. But rate not enough because Indian bowlers puts pressure on them . Poonam Yadav got first wicket of hansika and goswami got wicket of perera.
Indian bowlers never makes comfortable to score runs for srilanka. The pressure built-in so beautifully by India. Srilanka starts facing dot balls in their innings. Poonam Yadav, goswami got 2 wickets. But Other side surangikat scored 61 runs finally India restrict srilanka for 216/7 and win by 11 runs.
India bowling:
Poonam Yadav, J goswami and E Bisht bowled well against srilanka. Poonam Yadav and goswami got each 2 wickets which helps India to win against srilanka.
