     He played under 19 & under 17 for india.


Last year shikhar Dhawan was dropped from team India because of injury and poor form.

But he never lost his confidence on getting back to team India.

Domestic cricket & IPL Tournament 

       He knew that if you want a place in Indian cricket team again you must play well in domestic cricket.

      He struggled little bit in syed mushtaq Ali T20 tournament. But never lost hope in himself.

      In Vijay hazare 50 Overs tournament shikhar Dhawan scored 5 connective 50 runs which gave him confident.

   
      India B team Dedhar trophy he scored 128, 45, 50 runs on his belt.

      In ipl 2017 shikhar Dhawan scored 479 runs for sunrisers Hyderabad

ICC CHAMPIONS TROPHY 2017

      Then got chance in Indian playing 11 to  ICC champions trophy England 2017.

       Shikhar dhawan finished highest run scorer in ICC champions trophy England 2017 with 338 runs.

       Became fastest to score 1000 runs in ICC One day international tournaments.

Shikhar dhawan and rohit sharma scored 636 runs in champions Trophy 2017.

He also scored 87 runs in 1st odi  against india vs west Indies series 23 june 2017 at port of spain.
